Seeking an Employment Senior Associate/Special Counsel to assist in their busy practice.
About the role: Advising small businesses, multinational corporations and listed companies , as well as associations in the not-for-profit sector.
Be involved in a range of employment and industrial relations matters, such as worker's compensation, unfair dismissal, employment & contractor agreements, work health & safety, discrimination, harassment and misconduct.
The ideal candidate: Senior Associate to Special Counsel (5+ PQE ).
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Experience in employment law and advocacy experience.
Positive attitude and the ability to maintain strong client relationships with a focus on client service.
