About the role We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Sydney GeneralInsurance team for a Lawyer with 0-3 years' PAE. The workwill primarily relate to the defence of claims involving insurancecoverage, public liability and litigation across Australia arisingfrom all types of asbestos, silica and other dust exposures. Thisposition will give you direct access to a Specialist AccreditedPartner, recognised by Doyle's Guide and Best Lawyers, andother senior practitioners. It is a wonderful opportunity for ajunior lawyer looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy andfriendly team.
About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyerwith up to 3 years' PAE, and experience in a litigationsetting. Experience in dust disease litigation is not crucial,however your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be highlyregarded. If you are someone who enjoys a degree of autonomy whilsthaving the guidance of a supportive Partner, this could be theideal role for you.
