About the role We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Sydney General Insurance team for a Lawyer with 0-3 years' PAE.
The work will primarily relate to the defence of claims involving insurance coverage, public liability and litigation across Australia arising from all types of asbestos, silica and other dust exposures.
This position will give you direct access to a Specialist Accredited Partner, recognised by Doyle's Guide and Best Lawyers, and other senior practitioners.
It is a wonderful opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy and friendly team.
About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with up to 3 years' PAE, and experience in a litigation setting.
Experience in dust disease litigation is not crucial, however your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be highly regarded.
If you are someone who enjoys a degree of autonomy whilst having the guidance of a supportive Partner, this could be the ideal role for you.
