The Role Our client is currently seeking an ambitious Lawyer to join their highly ranked Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading legal experts in a collaborative and innovative environment.
In this role, you will handle high-profile commercial and corporate disputes, focusing mostly on class actions, though with the opportunity to also act on contentious regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
You will work collaboratively with team members in Melbourne and across Australia, as well as international colleagues from time to time.
You will play an integral role in progressing files, through the preparation of legal documents and client advices, assisting with the management of paralegals and junior lawyers and working alongside counsel to prepare for hearings.
Requirements  To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years of post-admission experience in litigation, ideally gained at a top-tier, national, or international law firm.
Additionally, you will have: Strong academic credentials and excellent technical legal skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage complex matters under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
A genuine interest in growing your expertise and being part of a market-leading team.
