About the role We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our defendantMedical Negligence team for a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years'PQE. The successful candidate will work with two highly regardedPartners who are recognised for their expertise by Doyles Guide,Best Lawyers and the Legal 500. Representing a variety of doctorsand health institutions, the work covers a wide range of medicaldefence work including civil liability, intentional torts,disciplinary, coronial and hospital inquiries.
About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted Lawyerwith a minimum of 3 years' PQE, with experience in defendantmedical negligence or civil litigation. Our clients are at thecentre of everything we do, so your commitment to providingexceptional client service will be of great importance. Tocompliment your strong legal skills, you will be someone who workswell both in a team and autonomously. In addition to outstandingwritten and verbal communication, you will be someone who enjoysproblem solving, and demonstrates sound judgement and strong filemanagement and organisational skills.
