Workingunder the guidance of a Specialist Accredited Partner, you willhave the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety ofclaims.Following changes to the CTP regime, our Lawyers are workingwith our major Insurer clients to deliver a legally sound andcommercially driven approach to this exciting and growing field.With no two matters being the same, this is a great way to honeyour litigation skills in a busy practice.You will have a varied workload and some of yourresponsibilities will include:Drafting advicesCorresponding with claimant solicitorsSubmissions and replies via the PIC portalBriefing experts and CounselCourt appearancesAbout youWhilst Defendant CTP experience will be highly regarded, yourgenuine enthusiasm and interest in learning this area of law willbe of most importance, as well as your commitment to providingexceptional service to our clients.
