Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Insolvency Lawyer to join their growing Melbourne practice within the Insolvency, Restructuring, and Turnaround team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to work with some of the most highly acclaimed legal practitioners in Australia's insolvency space. The team is renowned for handling complex and diverse matters, including creditor claims, voluntary administrations, receiverships, deeds of company arrangement, distressed debt trading, and more. The Role:

As part of the Litigation practice, your responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on matters such as directors' duties, voluntary administration, and liquidationHandling creditor claims and disputes related to insolvency and restructuringWorking on acquisitions of distressed debt and corporate bankruptcy proceedingsCollaborating closely with partners and senior members of the team on high-profile casesWhat You Bring:

2-4 years PAE from a recognized law firm with experience in litigation and some exposure to insolvency mattersStrong academic track record—your transcripts will be required with your applicationA genuine interest in insolvency law, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsThe ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with approachable, supportive partnersWhat's On Offer:
