Travis Partners provides first class legal assistance and advice. We won the Australasian Law Award title for State/Regional Firm of the Year in 2022. We develop long term relationships with our clients and their associates. Our work includes national and international matters as well as a range of local transactions. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years PAE to support the delivery of legal services in this environment.

About the role

The available roles include full time or part time opportunities across a range of corporate, commercial and litigation practice areas. We have a number of current high paced transactions including public market work (scheme of arrangement and ASX listing), large scale disposals and acquisitions, commercial litigation and contracting for large corporates. Additional practice areas include:

shareholders agreements and business succession arrangements

leasing and property projects

commercial litigation

employment

intellectual property

insolvency

Skills and experience

The successful candidates must:

have 3+ years PAE

be focused on commercial advice and solutions

have a professional working style and strong work ethic

be able to practice with initiative and a level of autonomy in a fast paced environment

have strong academics and people skills

have strong computer skills and Microsoft Word proficiency, including an appreciation of styles and the importance of document presentation
