In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A, outsourcing, intellectual property (with a focus on trademarks), compliance, regulatory advice, corporate governance, and property (including leasing and conveyancing).You will collaborate across various industry sectors, particularly in financial services, health, and not-for-profit sectors.
