Throughout your LOD journey and the myriad of assignments you will undertake, you will be supported by your LOD colleagues and have access to high-quality know-how and training to assist in your ongoing growth and development.
Who are we looking for?
As we continue to work with a range of our clients across the financial services, technology, professional services, and education industries (to name a few) on their full-time assignment needs, we're interested in hearing from corporate and commercial lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD assignment journey.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied; however, examples of some of the interesting work you may be involved in on assignment include advising on a range of corporate, commercial, IT, procurement, and/or marketing matters, including drafting and negotiating the relevant documents.
The assignments could also involve embedding new compliance policies, policy review and refresh, and general privacy advice.
These assignments range from 3 to 12 months in duration.
To join us, you will:
Have between 3-6 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience.Be available to commence a secondment at short notice.Hold a current Australian Practising Certificate.Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running, and manage relationships with all levels of a business.What's next?
