In short, our mission is to help in-house legal and compliance teams succeed by creating smarter ways of working.Our people are at the heart of what we do, and for the second year running, we're proud to be recognised as an Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer.Who are we looking for?We're actively working with one of our longstanding clients operating in the finance space on an immediate assignment need, and we're interested in hearing from employment lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD journey straight away. Working with our client and on this assignment you will get involved with advising on all manner of employment, payroll and industrial agreements. This assignment is initially for a period of six months. Open to full-time or part-time arrangements and can accommodate fully remote working.To join us, you will:Have between 5 - 10 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience.Have experience with industrial relations.Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business.What sets us apart?The life of an LOD lawyer is like no other.
