Major projects disputes across renewable energy, social infrastructure, and transport sectors Domestic and international arbitration proceedings Litigation across Australia's Supreme, Federal, and High Courts Security of Payment adjudications Construction contract claim prosecution and defence Contract risk management The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PAE at a national firm. We welcome applications from lawyers currently specialising in construction law, as well as disputes lawyers with some construction exposure looking to further develop their expertise in this area.
