Working on a portfolio of commercial litigation matters from start to finish, including conducting research, attending court, and negotiating settlements. Overseeing all legal documents including pleadings and submissions, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements prepared by your team. Working collaboratively with clients, partners, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve matters. Assisting in the development and training of junior team members. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
