The Role:
Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a mid-level experienced Commercial lawyer to join our highly respected Commercial and Private Client team.
With a focus on commercial transactions, structuring, trusts, superannuation, and succession planning, this role supports multiple authors including private client partners Clinton Jackson, Linda Tapiolas, and Scott Hay-Bartlem.
The variety of work you will do includes:
Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements, including stakeholder agreements, share and asset sale agreements.
Advising on business structuring.
Advising clients on asset protection strategies.
Drafting commercial documents and providing advice for restructuring.
Small to medium business mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Requirements:
2+ years PAE with genuine passion and interest in commercial and private client space.
Strong general technical skills and commercial acumen.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
Dedication to excellence and the delivery of outstanding client service.
Desire to strengthen and build client relationships to continually contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
