About the role

With ongoing growth in the firm, an opportunity has arisen in ourvibrant Workers' Compensation team for a Lawyer or Associatewith up to 5 years' PQE. You will report to a partnerand be supported by our Newcastle office team, while working fromwithin our Sydney office.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with seniorpractitioners who are industry acknowledged experts in this area.With clients including NSW Government agencies, private sectoremployers and their insurers, this role will see you involved withsome of the most complicated and sensitive claims, including thosewith media interest, catastrophic injuries and multi-party commonlaw matters.

About you Whilst Defendant Workers' Compensation experience will behighly regarded, candidates with in-house, insurer or applicantexperience are encouraged to apply. The skills we are looking forinclude:
