About the role
With ongoing growth in the firm, an opportunity has arisen in ourvibrant Newcastle Workers' Compensation team for a Lawyer orAssociate with up to 5 years' PQE. This is a wonderfulopportunity to work closely with senior practitioners who areindustry acknowledged experts in this area. With clients includingNSW Government agencies, private sector employers and theirinsurers, this role will see you involved with some of the mostcomplicated and sensitive claims, including those with mediainterest, catastrophic injuries and multi-party common lawmatters.

About you Whilst Defendant Workers' Compensation experience will behighly regarded, candidates with in-house, insurer or applicantexperience are encouraged to apply. The skills we are looking forinclude:
