You will have access to matters across a range of areas including Estate Planning and Administration, Superannuation & Trust Law, as well as a range of Estate-related litigation.
Working in an established team with an impressive clientele base, you will be led by a Partner who is consistently recognised as one of Australia's best Estate lawyers.
Strong stakeholder management is key, as is a proven ability to provide a smooth and diligent process throughout the range of matters within this practice.
