The work will primarily relate to the defence of claims involving insurance coverage, public liability, and litigation across Australia arising from all types of asbestos, silica, and other dust exposures.
This position will give you direct access to a Specialist Accredited Partner, recognised by Doyle's Guide and Best Lawyers, and other senior practitioners.
It is a wonderful opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy and friendly team.About youTo be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with approximately 2-5 years' PAE and experience in a litigation setting.
Experience in dust disease litigation is not crucial; however, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be highly regarded.
