Lawyer (2-5 PQE) - Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Seeking a remarkable Lawyer to join our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) practice in Brisbane.
The Role Propel your legal career by joining Brisbane's market leading Workplace Relations, Employment, and Safety (WRES) legal practice, working with all three workplace partners Shae McCartney, Christy Miller, and Hilary Searing.
This opportunity is a full-time permanent position to meet increased levels of activity and growth.

Our Brisbane WRES team advises on all aspects of workplace relations including industrial relations, employment, occupational health and safety and anti-discrimination.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, the following attributes will be required:
Proven experience working on a range of employment and industrial relations matters (work health and safety experience desirable but not essential)Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documentsA strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your workStrong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clientsEffective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal contacts and external clientsA high degree of initiative, dedication and organisational ability with a strong client and commercial focusA proactive attitude towards personal development to expand your skills and knowledge to meet client needsA driven, self-starter; someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.How to Apply?
