Lawyer (2-4 PQE) Commercial Litigation - Brisbane We are seeking a remarkable Lawyer to join our market leading Commercial Litigation Brisbane team. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to: Join the largest, tier-one ranked Commercial Litigation practice in Brisbane Collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful team Work on large, complex litigation matters for a variety of clients The Role This permanent, full-time opportunity for a Lawyer (2-4 PQE) is based in our impressive Brisbane office. This role sits within our market-leading Commercial Litigation practice working with Partners Tim Jones and Emily Tranter, who have a well-respected reputation in the market and are considered trusted advisers to various corporate and government clients. This role will involve mostly working on large and complex litigation matters for major corporate and commercial clients. Responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing evidence, drafting correspondence and court documents, file management, assisting with advice and interaction with Counsel, and preparation for interlocutory hearings and trial. You will have the opportunity to work on complex matters including high-end property disputes, joint ventures, and public sector matters. Skills & Experience Between 2-4 years' experience as a Lawyer Completed a Graduate program at a leading law firm Commercial litigation, contentious and regulatory experience Strong academic achievements Familiarity with Supreme and/or Federal Court litigation Thrive in an environment that values independence balanced with a collaborative approach, initiative, and a strong work ethic A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; required for building effective client relationships and contributing to a positive team environment An appetite to learn and develop in the role, utilising mentoring opportunities from senior team members How to Apply?
