We are looking for team members who can assist us with the following:
Providing succession and estate planning advice including drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Powers of Attorney documents. Acting for clients to assist in the administration of deceased estates. Providing representation in contentious probate matters and inheritance disputes. Handling a broad range of commercial law issues, including business sale agreements, property transactions, taxation, incorporation of companies, share sales, partnership agreements and general contract drafting and negotiation. Establishing trusts and providing advice regarding management of family and other trusts. Working on general litigation cases, including alternative dispute resolution and appearances in court.
