We are seeking a skilled NSW CTP (Motor Accident Injury) Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients with motor accident injury claims.

Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of motor accident injury compensation cases, from initial consultation through to resolution.Advise clients on their legal rights, entitlements, and options under the motor accident injuries compensation legislation.Attend PIC teleconferences and conciliation/arbitration hearings, mediations, and informal settlement conferences.Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and empathy.Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for achieving the best outcomes for our clients.About You To succeed in this role, you will need:
A current practicing certificate in NSW.Demonstrated experience in motor accident injury law (minimum 1 year preferred).A solid understanding of personal injury law and relevant legislation.Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and legal drafting skills.A client-focused mindset and ability to provide empathetic support.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.Why Join Us?
