The purpose of this position is to provide clients with high quality support and care that addresses individual needs, and enhances independence, abilities, community participation and/or quality of life in support of the client's individual goals and aspirations.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gardener in the Coffs Harbour region.
Your role will require:
One year or more's experience in lawn maintenance/gardeningStrong attention to detailAbility to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in gardeningAbility to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hoursKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methodsExcellent communicationSelf-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervisionAbility to complete documentation in a timely and concise mannerAbility to follow defined WHS and injury management policies and procedures in relation to the role and expectations and take all reasonable care for the safety and wellbeing of others in the workplaceAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamShift times and hours vary depending on clients' needs and staff availability across 5 days per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
