This firm has a long-standing reputation for delivering quality legal services to the local community and is seeking a dedicated Senior Lawyer to join its growing Wills & Estates team.
In this role, you'll work closely with experienced colleagues across diverse succession law matters, focusing on estate planning and administration.
The Role As a Senior Lawyer within the Wills & Estates team, you'll have the opportunity to: Manage a variety of matters, including estate planning, estate administration and probate processes.
Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring clear communication about the cost, time, and complexity of their matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, offering empathetic and sensitive guidance during challenging times.
Work closely with the firm's director, a highly experienced legal professional with a strong reputation in the field of Wills & Estates.
Lean on new software and processes to improve efficiency and the quality of service provided to clients.
Qualifications & Experience 4+ years post-admission experience (PAE) in Wills & Estates law, with a solid understanding of estate administration and estate planning.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
High levels of empathy when dealing with clients during difficult and emotional times.
