Your Next Role:
Our Client is a prominent top-tier law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join the firm's growing Environment and Planning team in Brisbane.
Known for its collaborative culture and industry-leading expertise, this team is a crucial part of a renowned Real Estate and Development practice handling high-impact projects across Australia and internationally.

In this role, you will support clients through complex environment and planning matters including project approvals, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
You will advise on major residential, commercial, and industrial developments, negotiate planning agreements with government authorities, handle environmental licensing, and provide expertise in biodiversity and conservation regulations.

About You:
You will be at Senior Associate level or Associate level ready to step up with at least 5 years PAE in Environment and Planning law within a top or mid-tier firm.
Experience in managing client relationships, handling high-stakes projects, and mentoring junior lawyers is essential.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact on significant projects.
