Key Responsibilities: Business Operations Management: Oversee law office business operations, including establishing the law firm structure, communicating, and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve overall company goals.Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen the legal team.Performance Evaluation: Ensure that the firm is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement.Financial Strategy: Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results.Business Development: Build the firm's credibility, business development, and public relations opportunities by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.Legal Practice: Represent and grow your caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolValid state license to practice lawExtensive experience in law firm operations and managementProven track record of successful recruitment, training, and development of legal professionalsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planningExcellent communication and public speaking skillsAbility to handle complex cases and maintain a high standard of legal practiceStrong leadership and organizational skillsCommitment to client satisfaction and a service-minded approachWhy Join Our Client: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to lead a talented and motivated legal teamEngage in meaningful and impactful legal workParticipate in business development and public relations initiativesFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and development
