Due to recent business growth we are looking for a recent law graduate who is undertaking their GDLP or has been recently admitted to legal practice.

Summary of Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will:
Represent clients in all areas of commercial and family law;Explore alternative dispute resolution options for resolving matters where possible;Be a key team player;Provide timely and accurate advice in accordance with case law, legislation and court rules;Take matters through the litigation process;Prepare court documents;Attend court hearings;Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and other members of the profession;Be involved in firm marketing and development initiatives.We are seeking applications from recent law graduates who wish to develop a career in the law across insolvency, finance and/or family law.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in business, strong initiative, great communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will need to be hard working, pro-active and eager to learn and develop. The successful candidate will be engaging and professional. The right attitude is essential, as is a positive and enthusiastic approach.
Familiarity with law practice management software would be an advantage.
