This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience and kickstart their legal career.
What you'll be doing Providing administrative and clerical support to our legal team, including drafting correspondence, organising files, and maintaining databases.Conducting legal research and preparing summaries to assist our lawyers with case preparation.Coordinating with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely progression of legal matters.Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.Undertaking various clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and organising physical and electronic records.Contributing to the implementation of efficient processes and procedures within the legal practice.Requirements Final year law student or law graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor.Previous experience in family law and/or conveyancing is preferred.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using legal research tools and computer software, such as MS Office and Leap.Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter and your academic records through this advertisement.
