Law Clerk

You will be assisting the Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery department. This position would suit a Law Student wanting career progression.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience in Litigation is essential.
The Role:
As a Law Clerk, you will support the Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery department. Your duties will include end-to-end debt recovery file work including drafting court documents, briefs, list of documents, research, bankruptcy, attending mediations, and general admin duties. This position is either 3, 4, or 5 days a week.
Your Experience:
You will need to have a minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience within a law firm environment. Some Litigation experience is also essential. You will also be studying a Bachelor of Laws (at least 2nd year).
The Law Firm/Salary:
Leading Boutique Law firm of 40 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. The firm offers weekly morning teas, a social club, drinks nights, monthly free massages, and birthday leave. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience ($55,000 to $65,000 plus superannuation). Career progression is available for the right candidate.
