Law Clerk

You will be assisting the Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery department.
Would suit a Law Student wanting career progression.
Minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience in Litigation is essential Riverfront offices - corporate offices Would suit a Law Student The role As a Law Clerk, you will support the Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery department.
Your duties will include end to end debt recovery file work including drafting court documents, briefs, list of documents, research, bankruptcy, attending mediation's and general admin duties.
This position is either 3,4 or 5 days a week.
Your experience You will need to have a minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience within a law firm environment.
Some Litigation experience is also essential.
You will also be studying a Bachelor of Laws (at least 2nd year).
The Law firm/ Salary Leading Boutique Law firm of 40 staff based in the Brisbane CBD.
Have weekly morning teas, social club, drinks nights, monthly free massages, birthday leave.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($55,000 to $65,000 plus superannuation).
Career progression is available for the right candidate.
