The role

As a Law Clerk, you will be assisting on Criminal Law + Professional Misconduct matters. You will assist a Senior Associate. Duties include drafting correspondence, legal documents, Attending Court to do Mentions, QCAT applications, dealing with other Solicitors and clients, preparation of briefs, taking file notes, proofreading and general admin duties. This position is full time working 8am-5pm in the office.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Law Clerk experience and be able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.00am-5pm. Criminal Law experience is preferred but not essential. Law students are also encouraged to apply (but must have at least 1 year to go before completing degree).
