Negotiating and finalising business transactions like leases, asset sales, and share purchases.Drafting contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements.Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.Conducting legal research and compiling briefs for counsel.We Are Looking For: A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.Someone with excellent organisational and time management skills.A detail-oriented professional with exceptional written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.A strong desire to learn and advance your legal career.Our Ideal Candidate Can: Manage their own caseload after initial training.Provide top-notch client service, prioritising their needs.Ready to Apply?
