Job Title: Medical and Manual Handling Worker Location: (Insert Location) Working Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to join our team as a Medical and Manual Handling Worker.
The successful candidate must have a National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months old), NDIS worker screening check, or a current WWC clearance gained before February 2021.
A copy of the Police Clearance, NDIS worker screening check, or WWC clearance must be attached to the application.
Responsibilities: Provide assistance with medical procedures as required Perform manual handling tasks, including safely lifting up to 15kgs Assist with the transportation of patients or clients Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tasks performed Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your care Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality care and support Requirements: Previous experience in a role that requires manual handling Ability to safely lift up to 15kgs Pre-employment medical or functional assessment to assess ability to safely undertake the duties of the role National Police Clearance, NDIS worker screening check, or current WWC clearance gained before February 2021 Reliable and committed work ethic Backgrounds in healthcare, disability support, or aged care preferred If you meet the requirements and are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, we encourage you to apply for this position.
