The opportunity Vacenti is seeking a Part-time Laundry Assistant/Driver to join the Hotel Services Team at Marebello – Victoria Point, QLD. Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager and/or Facility Manager and working closely with the hotel services team. In this role, you will undertake a range of laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, and folding in the industrial laundry facility, as well as driving our truck to deliver linens around our sites on South-East Brisbane.
Your main responsibilities will include: Undertaking a range of laundry tasks. Driving to deliver linens. Cleaning tasks including high-pressure cleaning, high cleaning, use of ladders, and cleaning of pathways. To be considered, you will need: You must be willing to work on a shift roster. Interest in the job and ability to show initiative. A commitment to quality. Effective time management skills. Ability to work as part of a small team. A current Police Check. Previous laundry experience would be an advantage. MR License (a must).
