We're going through an exciting period as we move into our next phase and are now looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Operator/Maintainer to join us. Based at the ASC with accommodation provided on location, the role will be responsible for ensuring the site operates in a safe, efficient and reliable manner.

A true scale business on their way to being the world's premier multi-user Commercial Space
Launch company.

This company is responsible for the preparation and operational readiness of the Launch Control Center (LCC), the interface with either the clients Mission Control Centre (MCC) or the joint user MCC. The LOM is also responsible for the operations prior to and on day of launch for the payload preparation and integrity checks, launch vehicle preparation and delivery in a launch ready state to the launch pad, and the integration and readiness of the launch pad and its associated systems. This role work very closely with the Customer and Site Liaison Officer and the client's launch operation manager.

About You:
You will ideally possess the following experience and attributes:
8+ years' experience delivering in a similar roleRelevant qualifications relating to Range Operations, Safety, Emergency Response, Traininand Assessing, Incident InvestigationDesirable to have experience with explosive handling and storageAn absolute commitment to safetyDemonstrated ability to influence a team to achieve positive business outcomesDemonstrated ability to make effective decisions under pressure, balancing competingpriorities and demandsAbility to develop working knowledge of our clients ground handling, dangerous goodssecurity, and emergency response policies and proceduresYou don't know the phrase "that's not my job" and are a real "can do " person.
