Finance Support Officer, Groups/Events and Party Coordinator Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for community and events?
Launceston PCYC is seeking a Finance Support Officer, Groups/Events and Party Coordinator to join our team!

This unique role combines high-level administrative and financial support with the exciting opportunity to coordinate groups and plan events and parties.

About the Role
Provide financial support, including issuing invoices, managing debtors, processing banking and end-of-day reports.
Manage membership applications, cancellations, and facility bookings for billing and account purposes using systems like MYOB and GymMaster.
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Coordinate and plan group activities, events, and parties for our diverse community.
Other duties from time-to-time.
About You
Demonstrated experience in financial administration, including invoicing and debtor management.
A track record of excellence in customer service duties.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage events or group activities.
High-level computer literacy with experience in MYOB and GymMaster (beneficial).
Strong conflict resolution and confidentiality skills.
High level of verbal and written communication.
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration (essential).
Availability to work across Launceston PCYC's operating hours.
Motor vehicle license (desirable).
