The person we seek must have strong leadership skills, an outgoing personality, see customer service as a priority, enjoy a challenge, and possess a strong desire to succeed.The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the pool and/or pumping industry. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, good communication skills, planning and coordination of service work, quoting of jobs, and technical supervision. The role aims to achieve productivity, team spirit, and customer satisfaction.A salary will be negotiated based on experience, including a fully maintained company vehicle.
