The Latitude Treasury Team is looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Analyst to support its:
Funding activities including securitisation ABS term transactions, private warehousing, corporate debt and capital facilities; Monthly trust reporting for its various securitisation facilities; Liquidity management of its various trust, product and operational bank accounts. In this role, you'll:
Funding Responsibilities:
Support the execution of public ABS term transactions through each of the preparation, marketing, pricing and settlement phases. Support the refinancing of the existing private securitisation warehouse facilities, corporate debt and capital facilities, as well as execution of new facilities as required. Respond to all investor queries in a prompt manner. Conduct due diligence processes for bank financiers, investors and rating agencies. Prepare and efficiently deliver monthly trust management reporting for public and private securitisation facilities for investors. Liquidity Responsibilities:
Cash management of the 'Trust', 'Product' and 'Operational' bank accounts. Daily trustee communications, reviewing and submitting payment instructions. Produce investor reports, payment instructions and funding draw down notices. Monitor all automated payment flows and support various inquiries, investigations, and open issues. General Responsibilities:
Identify emerging risks and implement forward-looking, pragmatic process improvements and efficiencies in performing your duties. Complete additional ad-hoc project work as required. Conduct detailed data analysis as well as trust performance and compliance monitoring. Establish and maintain effective, constructive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and attend committees as required. About you:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering). Proficient skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Lending or Financial Markets. Desire to learn and a keen collaborator. Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Customer First - prioritise delivery to your customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make good decisions. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information. Resilience – ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and possess the tenacity to overcome obstacles and solve problems. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to influence results and focus on the best commercial outcome for Latitude.
