We have a newly created role on offer to join a new team as an IAM Engineering & Operations Analyst at Latitude.You will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring that all Identities at Latitude have appropriate access to our systems and data. This role will be key to supporting the smooth day-to-day engineering & operations for all things IAM.In this role, you'll be responsible for :Contribute to the maintenance of IAM policies and procedures as they relate to operations of the IAM function. This will include following IAM standard operating procedures and checklists to maintain operations.Assist in collection of requirements to improve IAM practices to enhance automation and reduce manual intervention. This will include configuration and delivery of systems / applications for integration into our key IAM platforms.Assist in any upgrades, testing and deployment activities as it relates to the IAM platforms.Complete continuous monitoring IAM systems (Saviynt EIC / CPAM, Entra ID, AD, Crowdstike Identity etc.) to proactively manage incidents e.g. job failures.Provide IAM Technical support to end-users and resolve issues relating to IAM.Provide support to assist in the allocation / resolution of IAM Incident and Request Management queue using Service Now.Participate in audit activities as they relate to IAM.Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.Ideally, we're looking for the following :Minimum of 3 years experience in IAMExperience in the operation and maintenance of IAM platforms – IGA / CPAM (Saviynt)A sound knowledge in AD / Entra ID and AWSStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience with ITIL processes, Service Management, Business Continuity and continuous improvement including use of Service NowExperience in monitoring application environments and alerting (advantageous).Willingness to learn and work in an agile capacity.Education / professional certificationTertiary qualifications in computer science or technology-related field, or equivalent work or education experienceAny Cyber Risk industry certifications highly regardedSometimes the best candidates don't have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!Sound like you?
