Candidates with Latin qualifications and who are willing to apply for a Permission to Teach with VIT will also be favourably considered. The role is part time and flexible FTE options are available by mutual negotiation. The Haileybury Latin program is delivered in an online classroom environment to Middle and Senior School students, including VCE. Subsequently, this can be conducted remotely or from any Haileybury campus of your choice.
Main Duties: Curriculum Delivery and Pedagogy: Deliver the curriculum using Haileybury's Explicit Instruction model, ensuring best pedagogical practices while staying current with modern teaching methods and relevant frameworks.Collaboration and Relationships: Prioritise building positive relationships within the school community and collaborate with colleagues to develop blended learning resources and assessments.Assessment and Professional Development: Use varied assessment tasks to accurately measure student achievement, integrate digital learning tools into practice, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.About You: At Haileybury we are seeking brilliant teachers.
