Legally entitled to work in Australia, hold a valid working visa with permission to work - without sponsorship.  Lasseters do not sponsor people before working alongside them for at least six months.

Bar Manager – Range of salary ($70,000 - $80,000)
Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest needs. Ensure good communication throughout the department. 40 hours per week between 12 pm -11.30 pm, 5 days a week – includes opening and closing shifts. Responsible for all F&B staff to receive consistent quality training. Senior F&B Management role – accountable for all bar outlets (Juicy Rump, Cas Bar and Convention Centre Bars) Delivering exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for 'that next step'. Staff management encompassing rostering, hiring, and performance management. Results driven on wage management and staffing efficiencies. Stock control and staff service skills development lending to cost and wastage reduction and customer experience enhancement. Our Goal:
