Partner with clients and our sales team to capture their document management and workflow requirements.
Craft customized Laserfiche solutions that adhere to client goals, compliance standards, and budget considerations.
Configure and integrate Laserfiche software according to client needs.
Design and deploy automated workflows, transitioning on-premise systems to cloud environments as needed.
Provide stellar technical support, ensuring system performance and conducting regular maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project success and drive software enhancements.

Education and Experience Experience is key in the remote work environment:
Solid experience with the Laserfiche Suite; designing and building Laserfiche Workflows and business processes with a preference for candidates who have a background in local government.

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
Certification in Laserfiche or related areas is beneficial.
