Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 1,000,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

Consult with clients and expertly advise them on tattoo removal optionsFull-time role available: must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday trading hours + one late-night tradeLocated in Miranda Shopping Centre, SydneyThe Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist is responsible for conducting consultations,educating new clients, and deliveringunmatched service as new clientscometo us tobegintheir removal or fading journey. This person will be a subject matter expert in all things: "laser tattoo removal." They will possess a "can-do" attitude, be customer focused, and showcase passion for bringing tattoo removal to the surrounding community! The Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist will work on a small, collaborative team to elevate the customer experience in the studio, educate on the tattoo removal process from start to finish and provide safe and effective treatments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal processProvide high quality, safe and thorough laser treatments, to a high standard, in line with our treatment protocolsUndertake additional, ongoing laser training as appropriateFollow appropriate sanitation and clinical protocolsCommunicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomesEnsure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer serviceConduct inventory to ensure adequate products, promotional materials, brandingon-hand to exceed customer expectationsMaintain detailed client records – both new, future potential, and referral clientsAdministrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, responding to emails, handling client payments & managing bookings, etc.Manage bookings in collaboration with our contact centreManage follow up process in partnership with our contact centre and marketing teams by communicating with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fadingUnderstand your monthly targets, and reporting to ensure you can monitor and exceed your studio goalsRepresent the company brand, mission, and culturePreserve visual and merchandising brand standardsAdditional responsibilities as required for the success of the brandREQUIREMENTS: We will train you as we are the Global Leader in Tattoo Removal!
