Looking for a self-motivated and experienced lawyer to work with our director on IPOs, capital raisings, M&A, resources and general governance and compliance projects.
Ideally, you have 2-4+ years of post-graduate experience in a corporate or commercial team.

What Else
Flexible working arrangements (including WFH) and full-time or part-time considered.
Must be based in the Margaret River region.
