About the role: Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for workflow between JLE stakeholders & clients by assisting Project Managers and Management in day-to-day project requirements, working with the workshop, asset and hire managers to ensure efficient and effective outcomes based around JLE processes. You will be responsible for the general administrative and receptionist duties for the JLE Orange office.
Duties will include: Enter employee and subcontractor timesheets, reimbursements and prepare payroll submission. Accounts functions including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare project set-up and reporting documents. Scheduling meetings and taking minutes. Maintenance of asset tracking and hire utilisation system. Liaise with suppliers and customers to send in person and over the phone or email. Skills and experience: Great time management. Punctual and trustworthy. Great organisation and communication skills. Ability to use initiative & be self-motivated. Ability to work under pressure & adherence to planned deadlines. Capacity to work independently & also as a team member. Understanding relevant Standards and Codes of practice desirable. A traineeship in Business Administration may be offered for the suitable applicants.
