Large Format Print And Finishing Specialist

Qualifications & experience Large Format Print Operator, responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of large format printing and cutting equipment. This position requires expertise in operating various types of wide-format printing/cutting machines. Substrates include vinyl, various boards, ACM, fabric, among others. The operator will be involved in all stages of production, from file checking to quality control, ensuring that all finished items meet client specifications and company standards.Experience: 1-3 years of experience operating large format printers & cutters or similar production equipment in a print or graphics environment.Technical Skills: Proficient in large format printing, color calibration, and file preparation. Familiarity with RIP software (such as Workflow, Onyx & Caldera) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, ensuring high accuracy in all printed materials.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift materials (up to 50 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and handle large rolls or sheets of printing material.Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and print inconsistencies effectively.Team Player: You can operate individually and effectively but always as past of the team objective.
