Role Overview:
We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Associate lawyers with a proven background in public M&A or ECM. You will play a critical role in advising on and overseeing high-profile transactions, working closely with top-tier companies, their advisers, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your legal expertise to provide strategic counsel on governance, capital management, and complex corporate matters. You will also collaborate with senior leaders in managing high-value projects while ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
Skills & Experience:
Must-Have:
Senior Associate lawyer with a background in public M&A, ECM, or corporate advisory from a top-tier law firm.
Expertise in analysing and structuring complex corporate transactions, governance frameworks, and capital raising activities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advise on complex issues clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality advice that aligns with both legal and commercial objectives.
A track record of leadership in managing corporate transactions and advising on strategic corporate matters.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to specific industries such as resources, energy, or technology.
Qualifications or experience in accounting or financial disciplines.
