As an Estimator , you'll lead the charge in pricing, negotiating, and securing contracts for landscape construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Analysing construction drawings and specifications for accurate cost estimations Preparing detailed tenders using Excel, ensuring competitiveness and precision Conducting site visits and engaging with clients to gather critical project insights Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders during the tender process Leading post-tender negotiations to secure favourable outcomes Requirements for this role: Strong experience in estimating within the civil or landscaping industry Proficiency in reading and analysing construction plans and specifications Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Financial acumen and understanding of risk and opportunity management Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Valid Australian driver's licence This presents a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects throughout Toowoomba and Darling Downs including commercial, residential, healthcare and education.
