The Role We are seeking a full-time Language Guide to join our Ayers Rock depot in the Northern Territory.
As a Language Guide, you will provide unforgettable experiences to all our guests on our day tours.
Your responsibilities will include: Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
Guided Day Trips: Lead tours through Kings Canyon, Valley of the Winds, and Uluru, providing commentary in Italian as well as English.
Unique Storytelling: Share fun, unique, and local anecdotes that make the experience truly memorable.
Local Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local area.
About you We are looking for a customer service professional passionate about tourism and Australia as a destination.
Full training will be provided to help you create the unforgettable experiences.
To succeed, you will: Communication Skills: Be fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to present to large groups.
Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Show high attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Drivers Licence: Current unrestricted drivers licence.
