We are a national, privately owned company located in Perth, South-West of Perth, Melbourne, Queensland, and Adelaide.
We are currently looking for a qualified/experienced Construction Estimator to join our team based in our Burswood Head Office.
This role is offered on a full-time basis and is available for an immediate start.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need : Diploma of Building and Construction/Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens/Landscape Construction A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role Duties : Preparation of tender documents - Review and Assessment - Measurement and quantification of drawings - Document control Pricing for tenders - Communication of accurate and current tender information - Analysis and negotiation of pricing - Use of spreadsheets Tender submission Relationship management with external stakeholders through open communication and ethical work practices Creative and original thought practices for competitiveness Skills required include : Project management experience Subcontractor procurement and negotiating High level of client liaison and customer service experience Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
